The biggest story in our private gated golf communities isn’t pricing—it’s inventory. Available homes have dropped to their lowest level in three years, creating one of the strongest seller opportunities we’ve seen in recent history.
Even more encouraging, closed home sales are up 18% year-to-date compared to the same period last year. Buyer demand remains strong, and with many homeowners expected to list this fall, we’re encouraging sellers to take advantage of today’s limited competition rather than waiting for more inventory to come to market.
