The Spring Selling Season is Here! Don’t Miss it!

It feels like April right now with this beautiful 80 degree weather and our Lowcountry buyers are enjoying it just as much as we are. February has been a busy month for buyers and sellers and from what we are reading and experiencing, we believe we are in for a very busy Spring.

Some great homes have come on the market this month and some great ones have gone under contract, some in just a matter of days. Homes that are priced to the market sell quickly. Like we mentioned in our January update, the market has continued to normalize and, in our opinion, this gives buyers who are coming from all over the country confidence to take that next step in moving to our slice of paradise.

We have seen buyer activity increase over the past 3 weeks. It looks like mortgage rates might be holding steady, which is a contributing factor, but we believe the largest factor is that people want to live here and enjoy the Lowcountry quality of life! The spring has typically been the time of year when we see a lot of buyers show up, so please don’t miss out if you are thinking about listing.
