Nancy Simmons
Closing Coordinator
Nancy is originally from Connecticut. She received a double major in French and Psychology from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and then attended grad school at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She moved to the Hilton Head area 25 years ago and has a son and two daughters.
Nancy has been a closing coordinator for Charter One Realty for 16 years. Her years of experience and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by the Ussery Group’s clients!
